The Air EXPO...

Earlier this week, daddy taught us how to fly with our wings (arms)... we flew about 20 sorties  around the yard!  Then, daddy surprised us this week with tickets to the Air EXPO.  We saw big and little airplanes, blue and yellow ones too!  We learned how to say "CESSNA, PIPER, and GRUMMAN."  Whatever it means, daddy kept telling us he was so proud!

They had inflatables that we really enjoyed.  We got to go on ALL of them.
In the photo below, one gentlemen was so kind... he saw that we were fascinated with his plane, so he allowed  us to pretend to be pilots!
Daddy has been bringing out a hose and something he refers to as a "sprinkler".. it sprays water up in the air and rotates back and forth.  It gets tricky at times, but daddy has taught us to try to jump over the water... as if we were jumping an ocean wave, he says.... In the photo below, I was trying to turn the water up a bit... getting crazy and more brave!  Mommy brought out some watermelon, and we were playing so hard that we ate a quarter of the watermelon all by ourselves... I guess we needed the energy!

Mommy bought us paint brushes and let us paint everything with a color she called "water"... she tells us it dries really fast and she'll let us paint everything with it.  It was so fun....
We painted the house, the tree, and even mommy car....

We love crafting time, and mommy lets us make things with paper, ribbon, stickers and candy...YES... she gives us CANDY.... it's been the best time of the week.  In the photo above, mommy had closed the bag with a thing called a zipper, so I utilized my teeth the best I could to get some treats...  I wasn't successful, but I sure tried hard!
Every night, my sister and I would act like we are the teletubbies... We would ask mommy and daddy to put our shirts on, and we'd run around making as much noise as we know how... then they tell us it's time to "wind-down" and go to bed... life has been WAY TOO FUN to go to bed...

Playing in the RAIN....

Mommy and daddy let us play in the rain... they even let us step in the puddles of water...  we enjoyed it so much, that today we asked if daddy was creative enough to make us a man-made puddle with the water hose so we can play in it.  He was successful!

More 4th of July party pics...

Riley is enjoying her black olives making it look oh so good, so Raegan decided to taste one, she made that face in the photo above... Riley ate about 10 of them and asked for more, Raegan couldn't eat even one :)... Raegan ate all her strawberries though, and loved the baked beans...  They have different tastes now, and have realized that they don't have to like the same things all the time.
They both still LOVE their stuffed animals...
Here's Riley relaxing after a long day of playing outside....
Silly hats....
This is our version of playing that crazy bean bag game all the adults were playing...

Happy Independence Day

Rides, toy-stores, and fireworks.... it is so so so much fun having mommy home with us.  We got mommy and daddy to take us to the zoo AGAIN. :)  Then mommy took us to the toy-store and got us cameras, and some things she put in the cart and told us it was a surprise for our long car-trip to Texas.  She said it would keep us occupied for a little while.  We're excited to see what they are.  On the night of the 4th,  we got to hold sparklers.   Daddy lit some other things that flew into the air and whistled, which we didn't care much for.  We just held on tight to mommy's neck!   We were scared initially, but pretended they were our birthday candles.  Mommy and daddy started singing happy birthday to America, and we weren't scared anymore.  Today, mommy and daddy took us for some rides and games at the arcade.  We are proud to share that we went on the merry-go-round, and other rides, and we're no longer afraid of them.  What a fun-filled weekend!

Final days in Minnesota...

Hello everyone, it's Raegan and Riley again.  Mommy and Daddy tells us we will be moving to Victoria, Texas.  The count-down on our computer reads 18 days left in Minnesota!  Daddy tells us that the weather is much different than we're used to here.  He said that if we had more hair, it may even start to curl with the humidity there.  We're guessing it may be slightly warmer too.  He told us he'd take us to the beach to cool off though.  As mommy and daddy are busy packing, we decided we would help mommy wash her car.  You can see what we found to accomplish the job in the photo above.  Daddy also measured us the other night, and we are 33 inches tall...mommy's only 60 inches, so we're over half way to being taller than her :)  She told us we can all share clothes in the near future.  An update on our latest favorite foods are still pickles, daddy's fresh lemonade, and the latest..... CHOCOLATE....  we will miss all our friends here in Minnesota, and the zoo of course... our season passes were put into good use this year.  We love to go and feed the goats.  Mommy and Daddy tell us every night that we are very lucky to have such a wonderful family.  Thank you to our family for your continued support and prayers as we continue onto our next adventure....

Love,
Raegan and Riley
